Luxury Leather Moroccan Slippers

Unisex and Ethically Handmade

Made in Morocco

Handmade with ALL LEATHER (Outter, Inner Sole, and Sole)

The unisex open-back Moroccan slippers, also known as traditional "Babouche" slippers, are a throwback to 17th-century French courtiers whose focus hinged on luxury and appearance. With the exaggerated point at the toes and the particular softness of the leather, these slippers were raved centuries ago and recently featured as a Vogue must-have.

The slippers are made with strong, sheep leather to provide ultimate durability; yet supple softness, assuring comfort that will get better with time as they mold to the shape of your foot. Undoubtedly, making the perfect gift.

Ethically handmade, these leather slippers are handcrafted by highly skilled artisans in a small workshop in Old Medina of Fez and Marrakech, the most emblematic cities in Morocco, using the same time-honored techniques used for generations.

Fine-Tuned Craftsmanship

Chouara Tannery in the oldest Medina quarter of Fez dates back to the 11th century. Talk about fine-tuning your craft! Today, the tanneries of Fez and Marrakech continue to produce some of the most highly sought leathers in all the world.
