Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

 

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, we will make it right. Claims must be submitted within three days of confirmed delivery.

 

To request assistance, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

 

Claims are reviewed within seven business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days.
